Damaged Items: If you receive a damaged item, we allow returns to ensure your satisfaction. To qualify for a return, you must provide a video of the unboxing that clearly shows the damage. This step is essential for verifying the claim and facilitating the return process.
Initiating Returns or Exchanges: To start a return or exchange, please contact us at Varshawadekar2025@gmail.com. If your request is accepted, we will arrange for a third-party courier to pick up the item from your address. The courier will attempt pickup twice. If pickup is unsuccessful, you are responsible for sending the item back to our warehouse via a trackable courier service.
